Do you deliver upstairs?
Yes we can deliver upstairs as long as you choose a 2 man delivery or an installation service. This will ensure we send two people to carry the appliance. Please make sure there is enough space for us to safely carry the appliance.
Do you take old appliances away?
We can recycle any old appliance at point of delivery for a fee. If you have chosen our bundle service we will disconnect your old appliance as well. If you have chosen just to have the appliance recycled you'll need to ensure the appliance is disconnected ready. For charges please add the item your wanting to purchase into your basket and tick the applicable services.
Do you offer installation services?
We offer our own inhouse professional install services on all electrical appliances. Regretfully we don't offer any gas services. For charges please see our chart below.
Do you offer time slots?
You can choose a delivery day that suits you, on the day of the delivery the drivers will call you directly by 9am with your 2 hour time slot.

What days do you deliver?
We offer delivery 6 days of the week Monday - Saturday. You can choose a day that suits you in the checkout
Do you offer FREE delivery?
We are super proud to offer a FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY* to all of our postcode areas below. For DY & WR postcodes, any instock items ordered before 2pm, you can pay a small £10.00 fee to get your item delivered the very same day! *Excludes Sundays for delivery.
What payment options do you accept?
Online we accept Debit Card, Credit Cards, Paypal & Clearpay. Instore we accept Debit Card, Credit Cards, Clearpay & Cash. Regretfully we don't accept American Express

Is your stock new or reconditioned?
All of our stock is brand new and boxed. We don't currently do reconditioned appliances. We often have reductions on ex-display items in our store when a model is discontinued. You can call us on 012999 822031 to see what we have or come into one of our stores in Stourport, Worcester or Hereford.
I want to view an item I've seen on your website, how do I know if it's on display?
If an item is on display a box will appear next to the product page that says "On Display" If the store is listed with a green tick next to it, you know it will be available to view before you buy.
