Our service department is based in Stourport. When booking a repair either use the book a repair tab on the website or call our service department on 01299 822031 option 2.
- With our own team of dedicated, fully trained and experienced engineers, we can provide repairs on most brands of appliances, built in and freestanding*
- You do not need to have purchased your appliance from us to receive a service call or repair from one of our engineers.
- All repairs are carried out in your home. Call-outs are available Monday to Friday and all of our engineers carry a wide range of spares on their vans. All of our repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of 6 months*.
- The Service Centre also supply a wide range of spare parts and consumables, including washing machine and tumble dryer belts, pumps, motors and elements. We keep a large supply of parts in stock; however, items not in stock can usually be obtained the next day, subject to availability.
- Our Service Centre consists of fully trained, experienced and knowledgeable staff that can offer troubleshooting advice, which may not require an engineer call out.
Lifetime Labour Free
Our lifetime labour policy is automatically registered for your when your product is purchased from us.
Our lifetime labour policy excludes American style refrigeration, cooker hoods, all gas appliances, vacuum cleaners, microwaves, and any small kitchen appliances. Click here for further information.
Please note Lifetime Labour warranty cannot coincide with any manufacturers warranty. Once the manufacturers guarantee finishes the lifetime labour free guarantee then automatically starts. In the event that a manufacturer gives a parts only warranty the lifetime labour guarantee cannot coincide with a manufacturers guarantee.

Lifetime Labour Plus+
If on your receipt it states you have 'Lifetime Labour Plus' cover then we will also cover your Kitchen Appliances that are out of warranty regarless of where you may have purchased them from (where they are main stream brands that we can obtain parts in order to make a repair possible)
Purchases from The Wash House, after 2023 currently come with this as standard and the logo will be on the bottom of your reciept(s)
Prior to 2023 you may have purchased this as an optional extra at the till, which again will be referenced on your receipt.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge any Labour for repairs?
We charge a set Labour fee depending on the type of appliance and whether it is built in or freestanding (These can be veiwed on our repairs page)
Do you charge each time you come out?
We only charge once for a repair (both Labour and Callout), even if we have to make a follow up visit(s) for the same repair
What is your call out?
Regardless of whether a repair is coverd by our Lifetime Labour Free or Liftime Labour Plus we charge a callout once per repair. Currently £29.95
Are parts included?
Parts are not included with any out of warranty repairs, and where possible engineers will repair on first visit if they have the correct Van stock, subject to you approving the cost of the repair.
Do you come out to 'In-Warranty Repairs'?
We currently hold the maintenance contracts for Beko, Zenith and Blomberg products that are purchased from us. So once you've registered your appliance warranty with Beko, Blomberg and should you need a repair under your warranty period then you can call us to arrange for our Internal engineer team to come look at the issue for you. In this case all Labour / Callout & Parts would be covered subject to the manufacturers terms of warranty. Note are usual exclusions apply such as Gas and American style, for which you would contact the manufacture for in warranty repairs
What appliances don't you repair?
We are unable to repair any gas appliances due to not having a Gas safe registered engineer. We don't come out and look at American Style refrigeration, SDA's (Small Domestic Appliances) such as TV's, Vacuum Cleaners, Microwaves, Toasters, Kettles etc..
Do you repair all brands?
We cover the majority of main brand appliances such as Bosch, NEFF, Siemens, Hoover, Candy, Hotpoint, Indesit, AEG, Zanussi, Zenith, Beko, Blomberg and more. We are unable to repair the majority of own Brand appliances, due to access to parts, such as Lemona (Howdens), Grundig, Curry's Essentials, Bush (Argos)
